STANDARD PRODUCT QUALITY
The answers are imprinted in small letters and are reveled through blue liquid, as a result the answers are difficult to read. This is considered standard product quality.
The liquid in the answer container will evaporate over time. This is considered standard product quality.
The velvet covering on the statue can rub off over time, this is considered standard product quality.
Please review the standard product quality notes above. We will accept returns and issue replacements on defective products only. If you have any questions or concerns about the products please inquire before making a purchase.
You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. We will give you instructions on how to prepare the return package. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item proves to be defective, we will issue a replacement of the item. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you use an insured shipping method with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in new condition or apply a damaged fee of up to 100%. If you are making a return, you must pack the items securely in their original product packaging for return.
We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
